so basically i had sex with my girlfriend and had a condom on everything and finished but i usually pull out when i do for extra safety and i did, but afterwards i noticed white stuff like semen on my pants (i kept my pants on). She says this was hers and i am positive that the condom was 100%. Just want to make sure that it's possible for women to leave a semen like discharge from sex

Unless you squeeze the left over semen out of your penis after ejaculation, or you urinate, there will almost always be some leakage afterwards.
I'm fairly certain that's all it is.

Yeah this could be anything including some left over leakage from after you removed the condom or her discharge. I wouldn't worry too much about it :)

i noticed it when the condom was still on...
i'm just scared some ended up inside her if it was mine
but she is positive it was from her and she said there was more where it came from, i'm just wondering if it's possible for women to produce white fluid which is very similar to semen

Girls can have white creamy discharge as well. You should be ok.
