Having problems making firends! HELP!

well im having problems making firends like i can talk to some people in my school but their not people i would meet on the weekend now i have one person to meet up on the weekend anyone know how to make some firends dont have a problem talking to people just having them as a close firend is hard to get them! anyone go throught a phase like your putting in all the effort and they dont care ? please give me advice!

All my school friends are busy with university, rendering them useless to IRL interactions.

Maybe ask your only friend that is going out with you to introduce you to his/her friends?

I don't act as myself, sadly when I'm talking to people in person. I'm trolling in person - Same way I would troll over 4chan. Sigh, sadness.
