So AFTER im done doing my stuff, I have this feeling as if I could have done something better with my time like piano, or drawing, something productive. I don't feel guilty because of religion, but more like, "what have I been doing with my time?" Of course I like to do it because it feels good.

I have this moments whenever I jack off or whenever I finish; I get guilty knowing I could have done more important things or more useful things like write a book or study, so I have come up with a solution to it.

Usually, I plan my things before I jack off. I usually lay out a schedule of what I do after I jack off, and I make sure to occupy every available time as possible. Right now, I've set that I am to read 5 chapters of a book, and design our school website after I jack off. I recommend that you schedule activities that take more time than the usual duration of your masturbation. If you spend like 10 minutes in masturbating, make sure the following activities you have thought of doing must be 20 minutes or longer. This way, I still feel like I am doing something worth my time after I jacked off.

Lots of people feel guilty after doing it, but they shouldn't. I used to. But, now, I don't. It's just the mindset that you have to change. nothing else.

No, I don't feel guilty. Firstly it is ok to do some things just for fun. Secondly masturbation is good for your mood. That combined with the relief from horniness for a while afterwards means I am quite likely to be more productive at other things rather than less.

Seems like after you cum this whole sense of guilt follows (which later, once you realize it's not wrong, it's normal) I think the guilt becomes just a general disinterest and (if there are ppl home) a sense of urgency to get rid of the evidence and zip up, cause you feel like you just got away with something....so look normal and get back to whatever else you have to do. :yeah::whoops::D:notangel:
