so I contemplated posting this in the sports/fitness section but I thought it would be less weird here haha :) so I am a runner and run 30-40 miles a week. however I'm also a shower and have trouble finding athletic clothes that have enough room for everything but still provide decent support. I have a typical runner's body - pretty slim and trim (31-32 waist and I'm 6 ft tall) so the discrepancy between waist size and package size makes finding good stuff a challenge. a lot of running clothes are small (like splits shorts, or shorts with runderwear built in) or tight (like running tights) so you can't really put under armour or something underneath (which I don't really fit into anyway haha). I'm kind of at a loss. Any suggestions anyone? Thanks!

Compression Shorts? Sorry,I don't have much experience in sports so I may not be much of a help.

Yeah compression shorts or a jockstrap are best. However since you're a runner I've noticed that wearing no underwear at all helps too. Not only is there no friction, but you get a nice breeze on your cock!!

Good luck

I use compression shorts underneath and basketball shorts on top. Works for me.

Compression shorts limit your movements and makes it hard for the working thigh muscles to dissipate the heat it generates when running. My idea is that a good pair of briefs under a pair of loose running shorts will be perfect.
This is what many long distance athletes do in international competitions.

i agree with the group here, compressions shorts seem to be the best answer for your problem, give them a try and see what you come up with.

I use compression shorts sometimes with running shorts. It keeps everything down. That's the only time I don't like swinging. When I'm doing track

I am also a runner and at my peak I run 60-80 miles per week. Flaccid I'm about 4" and I wear compression shorts with running shorts on top. You may be bigger but that's always worked for me so that's my only advice
