If you masterbate without lube the worst thing you can get is a slight friction burn or rawness and thats only if your really go crazy:) some techniques can be difficult without lube though! if you want to use lube i have heard cooking oils work well just be careful if you decide to use them they will stain!!

Unless you are really tightly circumcised, and masturbating without lube causes raw spots, there's no harm in doing without it at all. After all, lube wasn't around thousands of years ago and they got along fine. :) Personally, I don't like it and never use it. It's all about your personal preference.

As the others have said, no it won't mess your penis up. It's a personal preference. If you do feel that it does hurt to masturbate without lubrication, then it would be a good idea to use it. It's up to you. Some find it very uncomfortable without, others find it uncomfortable to use it.
