I have this weird crusty white stuff on my penis head and I don't no what it is, I am cut, it's not smegma and I'm worried I mite have an STD because I have had sex with my girlfriend a few times even though we got checked before and we were clean

If you were both free of STI's then the only possible thing it can be is smegma.Yes,cut guys can have smegma.If you think it certainly can't be smegma,then I advise that you see the doctor as soon as possible.

when do you usually get it? it could just be precum that leaks out, i get that some times. if it has a color to it or a smell then i would get it checked by a dr.

It probably is just smeg but if you're sure it's not then definitely go to a doctor
