My friend told me I was done with puberty because I'm twenty one is that true she's older than me I sorta believe her but then I don't do to the fact I'm pretty much aroused a lot

Yeah, you're probably done developing physically and sexually. Being aroused alot is normal, even long after you're done with puberty.

I'd suggest you take a look at this thread (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=17188). With it, you can calculate what stage of puberty you could be in.
As for being aroused a lot, that's probably gonna decrease over time. I don't think you can do anything against it. Just try to see it as positively as you can.

Yes I think by the time you are 21 you have fully reached your max of puberty. I could be wrong though because I really don't have any older sisters to judge this by, but I have heard from people that puberty ends for most girls in there teens.

I think girls are regarded as fully grown at 20 - 21 years old so l guess that would be the end of puberty too.

If you are done developing and regular periods and otherwise have defined 'secondary sex characteristics' then you should be done
