I think it is true the minimum time from starting to masturbate to cumming, i.e. if you don't do anything to deliberately slow down, gets longer if you cum more often.

Interestingly my fastest ever of 1m40s was, I think, the second wank of the day when I would often do it three times a day. Who knows, if it had neen a couple of days maybe I would have managed less than a minute.
