It's okay. I'm 14 and 1/2, and I first came at 12, and I'm uncut, with quite a lot of spare skin. I've had armpit hair since 13, and I can't remember when I got pubes. My dick is 6.25 inches hard, and about 3.5 soft. Hope this helps you.
