Manual or electric shave?

So this is a bit random but I've been shaving (face) for over a year now and just noticed that most of my friends use a manual razor to shave, whereas I've always used an electric razor since this is what my dad does/introduced me to. So I was wondering what you guys use to shave? Also, post which country you're from, maybe there's a national trend? Thanks.

I use electric . It's better in every aspect than a manual . But everyone has own preference . :D

Hi!

I prefer to use a manual razor when I shave my pubic hair because I can carefully go into the lower parts of my pubic area without the fear of getting cut. I have used an electric razor twice before and I've got cuts everywhere from the first and second time. I don't think I don't know how to use it since I use a separate electric razor on my face when it gets really hairy. I don't know because that's just me. You may be different, anyways.

I use both but if you want a closer shave I would use the manual. I only use the electric when I don't have time and I'm in a hurry to a date or something

I used to use an electric but found that it was crap and wouldn't cut even the smartest bug of facial hair. I wet shave now and prefer it in every way. It's quicker , a closer cut and is more satisfying, if that makes sense.

I don't shave but my dad uses both. In my opinion, manual is the best because if you use shaving cream/foam there is a very low chance that you will cut yourself which is the main reason most people use electric. Also, manual has a much closer shave than electric which is of course better. Weighing up the pros and cons of the two types, I would say that manual is the best.
