Recently my best friend from New Zealand just left Australia and returned to New Zealand to love. The problem is, whenever I think of nearly anything, it ronds me of her and I break down and have an episode where I will just sit, cry and not talk to anyone for an hour. How do I get her out of my mind.

This is understandable, you need to just try and move on I'm not saying forget her but he happy for the time you had together. You might find music will help you. If not just chatting to people, the more you try and not think about it the more you will so just think how she would want you to act

Thanks for the advice I tried it today c:
Unfortunately it didn't work. I tried listening to my playlist in the car on the way home from a two hour drive. I cried and cried and cried. I couldn't stop. I decided to change to the radio. More songs and I can't just get her out of my mind. Even scrolling through memes and shit on Facebook bought back memories of all the good times we would have. I need help. I can't handle it.

Perhaps if you contact her? I'm not sure exactly of the situation you're in, but maybe you could let her know.

Have you contact details for her? Perhaps you can still talk with her over social media / FaceTime / Skype?
Or are things more complicated than that? :S

I keep in touch with her on Facebook but that doesn't really help. If anything it makes it worse

People move on and forget each other all the time. It feels like crap at the time but I guarantee you in a few months or a year you won't even remember her. Or you'll remember the memories but smile on them.

Can you not talk to someone at school about this or even a doctor cos it's affecting your mental health.

Oh right, I'm sorry to hear that it's not making things good for you :(
In that case, maybe you should try to give each other a long-term break, to give you a chance to move on? Dwelling on the past would only make things worse!
Sooner or later, I'm sure you'll be able to find a new best friend, and like one of the previous posters wrote, you'll be able to smile back at the happy memories you've both shared together! :)

Help, she has been talking to me a lot. Complementing me on all my Facebook photos. It's great and all, believe me I like it. But whenever I'm at school and I get a Facebook notification I have to look at it it says. Omg Samuel you're looking so handsome. You're going to be that fifty year old man with thousands of cats. Name one snow for me . I cry and cry and cry. Music doesn't help. Makes it worse

Can you explain how you feel to her ? Maybe tell her you need some time to get over her moving. Have you spoken to a counselor ?

That's the problem, I was the same I let it all build up and I broke I'm on antidepressants now. You can do on counseling online. Till you open up to some in person it won't get any better. I would happily chat with you on pm but you can't pm yet, if your happy to do it on visitor message. Message me :)
