So summer's coming up and I need a huge list of anime to watch, mostly because I doubt I'll be leaving my house this summer :P.
Anyway, I need the help of fellow anime fans!
So, I'm fine with a lot of anime. Just please don't suggest echhi, yaoi/Yuri, and you know that stuff...
I like most genres (when you list the anime please tell me the genre(s)). My favorite are comedies, romantic comedies are fine too (I need a laugh :D)
Action pact, etc shows (as much as I love them) are kind of harder for me because it takes me a bit to kind of process what happened and all, so those are really hard to watch for me. You can suggest it and I can try it, though!
Yeah...Any suggestions?

I dont know what you have watched before but I can suggest Full Metal Alchemist it has lots of action and but also too much comedy elements (it made me laugh so much at least)
Also Beelzebub is said to be very funny in its own way. And my fav so far is One Piece but its like a thousand episodes. So good luck if you are starting from the first episode.
I can suggest more if you tell me what you watched and liked so far

Lot's of suggestions. Here I'll just throw a bunch of great stuff that's relatively recent (post-2010 usually). I don't want to get into the old classics just yet as they give me a huge headache. It's all off the top of my head for now too, but if I think of more pressing must-watch series, I'll edit this post or come back here or something.
Because of school and such I've been in a huge SoL/Comedy/really really light shit glut so take this all with a grain of salt.
On the lighter side of things, but which have their own poignant introspections and are definitely great and insightful watches in my honest opinion, are Shirobako and Oregairu (both I and II). The former is a nice serious about the production of anime and the difficulties of balancing one's dreams and childhood ambitions with the hierarchy and structure of the real world.
The latter discusses the ideal of great people and pragmatism from the context of an ultimate antihero who sacrifices himself for the good of the status quo and those in the hierarchy above him. It focuses heavily on the ideals of intrinsic worth, falsity versus reality, and the intricacies of human social structure. All rolled in to a Chiba city high school. There's plenty of nice humor too (here's looking at you, Hikitani-kun).
Oregairu is by far my favorite series of all time, so I might be biased here.
For stuff that's pretty mindless at first watch but is enjoyable nonetheless, there's the ever-lovely satire Kill la Kill, a nice, short, and sweet KyoAni work, Amagi Brilliant Park, the romcom plagued by circular plot syndrome but enjoyable nevertheless Nisekoi, and one of my all-time favorite comedies: Hataraku Maou-sama!
Oh, One Week Friends was great too along this vein.
For a more insightful show that really goes into depth on examining the curious hikikomori culture and asocialism, there's the ever-wonderful Welcome to the N.H.K. Seriously, this series is really good. On the other hand, also about the otaku lifestyle but in no way nearly as serious there's Saekano, which I enjoyed solely for its fantastic usage of meta humor.
If you want to get into a longer series that I can't be bothered to summarize but is very, very popular in its own right, and if you enjoy the unique animation style of Shaft with its prevalence of gags and external references, then Bakemonogatari and associated series will be a great watch.
And then there's the must-watch masterpiece of Steins;Gate. Don't be dissuaded by the first few episodes, it picks up fast, and each episode after that will leave you hooked. Don't want to give too much more.
And speaking of slow beginnings, I'll just throw in Hyouka here cause the above suggestion reminded me of it. It's a really nice mystery-influence slice of life series that's definitely one of KyoAni's greats. One of the most beautiful things about it is that it is equally enjoyable at face value as it is when you want to really dig deep into it and analyze its nuances and subtleties.

Now that I just finished the series, I raise my Shirobako suggestion to an instant 200000/10.
