Today, I picked up a shirt from H&M that was slim fit and a size L (a size I stayed at for a while), I realized that after buying it, the shirt was too big (and its a slim fit!!). I got on the scale at the gym and realized that I weighed 159 lbs, which means I finally reached my goal weight and superseded it by a few lbs too.
Back in 2012, I weighed 250 lbs. I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin, and I couldn't exercise or run or even climb the stairs without losing breath. I made a goal to myself to make it to 160 lbs by 2015, so that I lose weight slowly but it stays off.

This just goes to show that anyone can do anything if they set their mind to it. I battled depression and an eating disorder while losing this weight. The past year, I've been in college overloading myself in credits, and working 30+ hours a week, while still eating decently and working out when I can. I hope this inspires someone to achieve a goal of theirs.
