Hi everyone! I'll start out by saying that I am a relatively shy girl in 10th grade right now. Ive been told I'm really pretty but that I don't talk enough. I've definitely become more sociable and outgoing these last 2 years, but I definitely don't have the guts to ask out a guy. So... now onto my story. There's this who's a junior in high school that I have a REALLY big crush on! Last November was the first time we ever saw eachother at an end of season pizza party for my little brothers lacrosse team. He was one of my brothers high school coaches. The guy I'm crushing on, (let's call him "Alex") kept turning around and looking at me where I was sitting while at the celebration. Then, the 3-4 weeks following I would start noticing him a lot in the hallways at school and he'd seem to always turn and look at me, and smile a little. After Christmas break, I didn't really see him anymore at school since our schedules had changed. But, that was until he started refereeing some of my brothers LAX games. When I would come to the games he'd constantly turn and look at me (like after a goal was scored he'd throw the ball perfectly to the other ref and look at me and smile. This happened about 3 times). And as he was walking off the field he looked at me and smiled. Yesterday was my brothers last game of the season and after 60 minutes filled with awkward eye contact between me and him the game was over. I had walked over to the trashcans to throw my water bottle away and I saw him walking back and looking in the exact spot where I had been standing before. (I'm not sure if this was a coincidence or not). But pretty much I'm wondering If it seems like he might also have a crush on me. I know it's kind of hard to tell since we've never really had a full conversation or anything but I'd like to know what you think! I also play lacrosse, and so does his sister in 9th grade. Also, what can I do to show him I like him without making it too obvious?
