Why are threads pulled without informing the originator why OR even the fact that it's been done.
This strikes me as being on the upper scale of ignorance and arrogance.
I will be quite amused and not in the least surprised if this goes the same way!!!

Are you talking about locked threads? Moderators will put a brief reason as to why they lock a thread when they do so, and it's easy enough to see for yourself when that happens.

Thank you for your reply.
No I'm not.
On a couple of occasions I've started threads and had them taken down and of course it's left me wondering what I've done wrong.
If I don;t know there's every reason to believe I will make the same mistake again.
But it is nice of you to respond,I do appreciate it.

Every time something is deleted by staff the user is informed of the reason it was deleted.
I'm not sure what you are referring to.

Of course - I want to do my best to help.
If you're talking about deleted threads, then yes, you're absolutely right, and what Zach said is also right; users should always be notified by PM when their thread is deleted for whatever reason. Has this not been true in your experience?

You haven't had any posts deleted in the past month and have only had one thread locked, which had the reason why stated in the lock message... So I'm kind of unsure what you're referring to. Could you elaborate or at least give an example?
