Does anyone other than myself run cross-country? If so what is your fastest 5k time? Mile time? My 5k is 18:36 and my mile is 5:06.

I try to run cross country but I suck at it lol. That's impressive though.

Yeah, I do! Sitting at a 22:09 5k and 5:33 mile right now.

Trust me Whenever XC season is over I totally lose control over myself and since HS races are 5ks and not the 2 miles, I will need to seriously start running again. I haven't even run a 5k before. Do any of you use Runkeeper? (I use both Nike+ and Runkeeper)

i like XC but i never was really able to get into it cause i got hurt and was on crutches

Hell yea, for college we do 8k (4.97 miles, basically 5), my best is 28:45 (5:45/mile), and my best 5k is like 17:50 which is actually slower of a pace than my 8k best haha. I don't like the 5k but I love 8k. My best 1500 is 4:39 which is 4:59 for a full mile.
