I have a beautiful girlfriend who I love. She's too good for me. We've been together for 10 months and I think she's just about seeing she's too good for me. I don't think she cares about me or loves me. She doesn't really give me a reason to think this but this is how I feel. Should I end it?

If you are unhappy then end it, but if you are happy don't. If she really thinks she is too good for you then she'll break up with you. Don't make the mistake of breaking up with her when you still like each other.
