dbt - dialectical behavioral therapy is probably the most intense class i've ever taken and it has without a doubt saved my life.

so last november i hit rock bottom. wound up in the psych ward for the 3rd time. got kicked out of the adolecence ward for bringing in blades and was sent to adult ward. i was there for more than 4 weeks. all i wanted to do was die, cut, and die. when i left i was told i should be put into DBT since without it i would most likely be committed to a state insane assylum or wind up dead. so my parents put me in dbt. now i'll be graduating on thursday with a passion for life. something i've never know since i first attempted suicide when i was 8.

if you guys are at the end of your rope and looking for an escape route well DBT is better than suicide. just trust me and look it up.

thanks. i just hate watching other go through what i did and feel like the only way to fix their problems is by ODing or hanging/shooting themselves or slittings wrists or the millions of ways it could be done. i just want people to get help. i've been suicidal for ten years but i'm finally seeing light and i want others to know that its there.
