Top Gear presenter James May has said he will not return to the BBC show with out co-host Jeremy Clarkson, who was dropped from the show last month.

"Me and Hammond with a surrogate Jeremy is a non-starter. It has to be the tree of us," he told The Guardian.

Top gear won't be the same without the 3 of them I'm happy neither of them will do top gear.

Good won't be the same without them they are top gear its them or nothing if the bbc brings it back with all new presenters it will fail very quickly

To me this suggests that there is a good chance that the three of them will return on a similar show with a new name on a new tv network.

This is very possible. I've seen an article (http://bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/article/32407898) that they're supposed show the final episodes of Top Gear. Supposedly the BBC is already talking about another show with the three of them. I'll look for the article.

I don't understand what the BBC is saying....they fired Jeremy (obviously he deserved it) but they're saying that he's not banned from the BBC. From what I understand when you get fired you're gone.

I haven't been keeping up to date with what's happening, but it was obvious that after Clarkson got fired the other 2 wouldn't continue as a duo. He might be a complete and utter tosser but you've got to admit he's practically the ring leader of the show. My friends and I were gutted when we heard it wasn't going to continue, what else would my Sunday nights consist of?

Yeah I thought he was fired from the whole of the BBC, I haven't heard the rumours that they'll be making a new show with the 3 of them. They're missing out on big money and a bunch of entertainment, scrapping Top Gear, I'm still pissed off. There were rumours that ITV would take them on but I really doubt the BBC would let another network have them, what do I know though? You can't have your cake and eat it too is all I can say.

Could not have said it better. Jeez... Top Gear will never be the same if all three aren't there together... Why can't Jeremy just apologize and make hundreds of millions of people happy?
