Not tights

Help help, i cant wear tight as i keep getting infections, Not sure if there is anything else i can wear !!!

Not that I know anything at all on this subject (big help I know) but is it really nessesary that you wear tights I mean I see people going round all the time without tights and they look good. But what do I know :)
