What's your opinion on the Wii U? Worth it? It's the only console I can play the Legend of Zelda on except my 3DS

It looks a bit shitty to me, but then again I didn't even like the original Wii. I think Nintendo try too hard and should stick to the handheld things they're good at.

They have pretty much combined a wii with an iPad it's ok but doesn't really make much sense as a console usually would

It's good if you like the Legend of Zelda, Super Smash Bros, Pokemon, or Mario Kart games.

It is half the cost of Xbox one or PS4.

And even those last two consoles aren't made with state of the art technology.

Xbox one customer support kinda sucks too if you have problems like getting console banned.

Also last Christmas my cousin and I were attempting to play online but we couldn't because Sony network and Microsoft's online gaming network were down due to hackers.

So idk consoles in general suck.

I really like it. However, being the Nintendo fan I am, I feel like as long as it would play Nintendo games, I'm happy.

I love Legend of Zelda games, but it is not enough for me to be interested in the WiiU. I don't like it much, its control feels awkward and not a lot of games interesting me. Plus it is not cheap at all... I really prefer the 3DS.

You have to know where to go to get a wii U for the price of a 3ds.

Oh, sure. But point is that I could afford to buy either one or the other, not both.

And LoZ got delayed on the WiiU until 2016 :( ... So right now, I see little reason to like the Wii U. Not to say that games are bad (I like Nintendo games, usually), but what exists so far on the U is nothing really new compared to the Wii. Nothing that made me say "woooow!"

I personally don't enjoy playing with the original Wii U gamepad - I use our old Wii remotes or a classic controller, but besides that, I'm a fan of nintendo, so I think it's really fun. I especially loved the enhanced graphics, and Super Smash has never been better :D! It's not as great when it comes to playing online though, Playstations and Xbox's are more for that wi-fi gameplay than Nintendo consoles in my opinion.

I love my Wii U!!
When it comes to games, I'm usually not interested in those large mainstream games: CoD, Battlefield, Assassin's Creed, etc. but I love Nintendo's games, so I love my Wii U :P
Mario Kart and SSB are so much fun, and the party games like Just Dance and Nintendo Land are ways to have lots of fun with a large group of people.
Sure the Wii U isn't as high-tech as the PS4 or X-Box One, but I would choose the Wii U over those consoles any time! But that's just my preference lol

Bayonetta 2 kicks a major amount of ass, so yeah it's worth it.
