Despite having three boyfriends/serious romantic interests, I've only ever been genuinely in love with one of them. That's not really to say I had different intentions or didn't enjoy being around the other two, but I connected with the person I loved in such a deeper way than I did with anyone else so far.

There was this one girl that I truly felt I was in love with, but she wasn't interested. She also moved away that year. I've gotten over it now, though. Everything since then has been just petty crushes. I have kept in touch with that girl though. I've just never really gained those emotions back.

i know the feeling, like falling for her every time you make eye contact. im only a year and 3 months in a relationship but we have that feeling like immortality, like our love will last forever... wish you luck and happiness with your lady friend ;) :)
