I cant think of any benefits to keeping it honestly... But if you shave it, it will be a lot cleaner and it will feel much nicer. I will warn you though, the first few weeks you do it, it will itch and you might get some bumps but I have been doing it since 7th grade, now 17 years old junior and it was the best thing I have ever done... Trim it, see how you like that. The only thing I dislike about trimming is the stubble so if you sleep naked or go commando and have your dick facing up then your dick head will get poked... Very uncomfortable... My suggestion would be to shave it. Let us know what you decide to do!

me too, I never understood the logic behind shaving pubic hair. I can see trimming and keeping it neat, but shaving seems to be going way too far.

Shaving makes your dick look bigger and more asthetically pleasing however shaving the dick can be a relatively arduous task because you need to be able to get to every area and due to its shape it's sometimes hard to always shave in the same direction which leads me onto my second point which is that shaving for the first time itches like hell and you'll regret doing it. After a few shaves it gets better but still a bit itchy. The best thing to do is just trim with scissors

I havenever shaved but I heard people say that it itches really bad when you shave but if you wax it off it wouldn't be as bad

It's just a personal preference. You need to trim before you shave.

well a lot of people think it looks and feel better shaved. it will itch the first time/s you do it but after awhile you will get use to it. some people, including your partner, may like having some hair down there. it really depends on the person
