What is your favorite kind of cake?

I only eat cake on special occasions and when i do i am very picky with it, I'll eat vanilla or red velvet. If it's none of those i won't eat it.

red velvet is pretty amazing when done right

I like cheese cake though it is not as much of a cake in the traditional sense

I'm pretty picky when it comes to cake - I really like lemon poppyseed though.

Cake with a nice fruity apricot filling, decorated with fresh cream on the outside, topped with fresh fruit! *yum*

That, or a slice of Strawberry Victoria Sponge cake!

What's a Bavarois??

A kind of cake. The cake itself is made with a mix of sugar, raspberries, gelatin and chantilly cream (you put that in the fridge for a whole night). You then cover the top with raspberry colis (thick juice) with gelatin.
