Yeah of course, getting abs takes a lot of hard work anyway so it wouldn't be easy whatever weight you were

Of course you can, it's a matter of eating well and exercising. "Abs are made in the kitchen" -- if you eat a proper diet while maintaining an exercise plan it will be much easier to reach your goal. Don't get discouraged, this isn't going to be an overnight thing, but if you work at it you'll get there.

Can someone that's about 15 lbs over weight get and if they get worked out enough? Yeah man just start doing sit-ups like every other day to start with. Try doing like sets of 25. Then work your may up to more. Don't go top hard right away. Eating fruits and stuff helps. I run alot so that helps too. I got defined 4 pack and very close to a 6 pack now :) keep working hard dude! It takes time but ita worth it!

15Lbs overweight, isn't that much really. Yes, they can definitely get abs if they dedicate themselves, and workout. Anyone can get abs. They just have to set their mind to it.

Weight doesn't matter....Here I am 65kg at 5'10"...no abs, skinny-fat unfit body...my 36" belly cannot even do 5 crunches.

You can have really strong abs, but if you're overweight they're not going to be defined/visible. 15lbs is not terrible, but cardio would be important if you want to make them stand out. when you're leaner your abs will show. You can't do exercises to remove fat from just one area of your body so take your time and work on your overall health...good luck!
