I have noticed that there are different shapes and sizes of the Meatus for the urethra (your pee hole). Is it something like your penis where it is all different shapes and sizes or do we make it the shape it is? Is there any advantages to one that is bigger or smaller? Which do you have?

Not sure what you're defining as large or small but in my case it is a slit, about 7mm long. For those using imperial measure that's a tad over 1/4". I chose small because I have seen a friend of mine who, incidentally has a much blunter looking head, whose slit occupies most of the end of the head.
I can't see what anyone would do that would change the shape of it, short of inserting things, which would not be such a good idea. I think it is just a normal part of variation in the same way other aspects of penis shape and size vary. I am sure someone posted a drawing a while back with aboit 8-10 common variations in penis shape.
I am not sure what difference it makes. I have heard the suggestion that the diameter of one's urethra (the tube that runs through the penis) is one factor in how far one shoots but I think for the meatus to make much difference it would have to be narrower that the tube behind it, which I suspect it rarely is.

Mine is 15mm/0.6in long when erect so I think it's slit and large

I'd say probably a small slit, but I don't know what you define as big or small.
