Is shaving worth it?

Hey guys, I'm wondering: Is shaving really worth it? I don't mean just the pubes, I mean EVERYTHING. If you do shave that much, any tips?:whoops:

It's your choice,I personally leave my pubes alone but I shave my face and chest.For tips,I would choose a manual brand name razor and shaving cream or gel.Always go slow and don't shave against the grain(the direction the hair grows).Shaving against the grain will give you a better,closer shave but you run the risk of cuts,nicks and ingrown hairs.So shave the way the hair grows.

Is it worth it?
YES - Face - unless you can grow good stubble then it will look awful
NO - everything else - too much effort, trimming is usually enough (and easier!)

Face is good. Don't do your pubes though. I did mine for the first time the other day and mate, it looks better but the aftermath is not worth it

I don't shave my face cos I can grow awesome beard but I try and trim everywhere else otherwise it kinda looks scruffy

How dare you even ask if it's worth it. It is so worth it. You just have to have the body to be able to pull it off. Which I don't.

Thank you for your opinions. Most people do not recommend shaving "down there", so I might eventually, but not now.

it depends. I do shave most places, but usually just trim my pubes (but have shaved them). you will have to shave to decide if it is worth it or not

I shave my face and pubes, and I love it! The smooth feeling is fantastic! However, you'll cut yourself the first couple times, but that will stop.

Don't shave ur asshole it will be really annoying if u have ingrown hairs or rash

I shave my face that's it, If I don't shave everyday I have a 5 o'clock shad all day, however not shaving for a couple of days means I can normally get surfed tobacco for my mate who's face is hairless. I've shaved my ass once I didn't use shaving cream I just dried shaved fuck the next couple of days were fun. I need to trim.

I shaved my entire pubic area the other day, and its itchy as fuck. I dont mind shaving legs, arms, armpits, face, but I dont do it, too much work/

I shave my pubes maybe once a month, I would do it often if I had a girlfriend, if you don't want the itching, shave like every other day, if you don't want red dots, use an electric shaver.

If you don't want the red dots then use an electric shaver, the red dots are just hairs that basically got pulled out.

That will come with experience. After a few times, the bumps will stop coming

I agree with Seth, especially about trying to see if you like it. I shave my pubes occasionally and if you do it right it looks good and doesn't itch or anything. Just dont shave against the grain and youll be fine :D

Well I don't really understand your question, "Worth IT?". Well that is really your choice and not ours. Some people prefer to have full on pubes, some trimmed, some shaved completely. Whatever you prefer is what you should do.
