Quotes/Mentions Not Working

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this issue, but apparently on users' profiles, and mine, the Quotes/Mentions tabs, aren't showing up. I'm not sure why this is happening, but it is. What's going on?

Ah, good to know. I thought i'd buggered up when trying to use the mention feature a few hours back. Hope you can find the root of the problem without too much trouble.
