Ok, before I get into what happened recently, I'll give you a little background on my situation. I have very high levels of social anxiety, and so I joined a teen anxiety group. In the first few weeks, there was a girl there who was really nice to everybody, but especially nice to me, or so it seemed. So I liked, her and it seemed like she liked me. But I thought it would never go anywhere if I said anything because she's a senior and I'm a freshman, and we don't go to the same school, and the anxiety group is the only time I ever see her.
So now we're here today, and we just finished the 12 weeks of the group, she's moving to a different group, and I'm either staying in the same group or not going to any group at all. And when we were leaving the group she went out of her way to say goodbye and when she did she just reached and brushed my shoulder. It probably doesn't seem like much and it might not be, but then after that my dad was saying that she liked me. Along with the teen group, there is also a parent's group, where he talks a lot with the girl's mom, and say that to go along with everything he's heard from the mom and seen when we talk to each other that he thinks she likes me.
Basically I mainly needed to vent, but also just wanted to know if other people think the same thing, or what. Just mainly what do people think.
