Body Hair/ Height

I'm 16 and turning 17 very soon and I've noticed everyone around me growing and getting hairier but me. I've not grown in about 2 years but I'm not too small but fairly small compared to others. As for body hair, i have only a few hairs on my chest and back and only some under my arms and very fair ones on my arms. I may just be paranoid but I'm concerned and after looking online I don't know if I might have a low testosterone level or I might be paranoid. Any help or similar issues would be appreciated.

Uh , you need to be patient during puberty . Everything will be fine . Body hair growth also depends on genes , same is with height .

You're either just not a hairy guy or a late bloomer. Either is perfectly fine and normal.
