Some of you have noticed, probably. I've done some research and seen this myself and when I'm looking at my Facebook wall, I can't help but notice someone posted a porn video and tagged multiple friends in it. I have seen this multiple times now and wanted to know if anyone else noticed it. If so, does anyone know where the hell this comes from? All I know is it posts porn on your profile, tags some random friends in it and if people click it, they post it without wanting it, resulting in more tags, etc.

So yeah, anyone else noticed this before?

P.S. this occured months ago, and I didn't see it again untill yesterday.

It comes from someone clicking an infected link.

It continues to spread until someone wisens up and stops clicking on random shit.

Virus' like that are fairly common, especially on Facebook, as it is used by less than tech savvy people.

Yeah I've seen this a lot. I always use my iPhone or something like that on Facebook so exactly these things don't happen when I click on stuff. Basically, if you take two seconds to think before you click, you'll realize that porn and or other similar things aren't just there by accident.

I always wonder why people click on links like that to begin with

Everytime I see something that screams virus, I comment to not click the link... EVERY TIME there's that one person "I see no harm in clicking it. See, I did." and then immediately go to "Why is there porn on my Facebook feed?"

But seriously, Zach explained it really well...

very well said. my rule of thumb for anything on the internet, email, whatever, is when in doubt, do not open it/click on it

Thanks! I'm still wondering where that thing originated from, but I think that's not so easy to find out.

I've never had it happen to me but I do know some people it has effected. My Mum got tagged in one of the posts as her friend got the virus and she was unable to untag herself.
