Rash on my face

I've come up with a rash on my face, does anybody know a quick way to get rid of it?

It may be allergic reaction . You'd better to visit doctor ..

Rinse your face with cold water, grab a towel, wet it with cold water then apply to area. Use moisturizing lotion. If rash is still there, see your doctor/dermatologist.
