It depends when you started puberty , if you just started puberty , it should start to grow in closer future .

Mine started at 12 or 13. For late bloomers, it can vary from around 15-16 but it really depends on your age, like if you're considering yourself a late bloomer your penis could start growing any time.

If you're a late bloomer you can be around 20 when it stops. Im 17 and still subtly growing.
