I couldn't understand at first but I guess this officer was, what, just tired of running? See I don't like this. Not one bit. Call in back up or something. If it was a routine traffic stop it wasn't like this guy was a mass murderer and was trying to escape. I'm willing to bet that hundreds of people try to run from cops daily but do they get shot? Nah.
