If you have different people in different classes, you know there's always that ONE class where you feel the most alone/left out where you have the least friends. For me, that would be my science class. I literally have like no friends in that class, maybe a few aquantinces who I barely talk to.

So we have this science project and we are to PRESENT it to the class. The teacher tells us we can either do it with one other person or do it alone. And if you were at my school, it would be very 'uncool' to do it alone as you would be know as "the loner" for the rest of the year. NOBODY is doing it alone. Everyone has a partner .... and then theres me.

I don't mind doing the project alone but I don't want to present alone. Going up there in front of the class is of course less scary with a buddy and plus when I present alone everyone will know I have no friends but me and myself and it is beyond embarrassing. People would see that I am alone and did it without a partner which I am the only one alone which makes it even more embarrassing.

Please help I need advice I'm going through tons of stress what do you think I should do? I really want a partner to work with but everyone's taken :( also no group of 3 is aloud so I can't do that. This is the only class where I don't have friends, I'm fine with my other classes.

well if literally everyone else is taken and there is no 3 allowed whatsoever, your teacher should have thought that through better. simply explain, there was literally no one you could have worked with. in that situation, if there is literally no one else, someone was going to end up without a partner. if there is literally no one else, I think the rest of the class will be able to see and understand that
