This is more of a rant than a question

Cramps hurt so much >.< like right now my stomach general organs hurts so much, like I'm being punched repeatedly from the inside

I agree with you. Periods suck..period. It's hard to just keep moving and worse if you do nothing if that makes any sense.

HAve you tried birth control? A lot of people claim it helps "calm things down" if you know what I mean.

Well you know, it's just another thing us girls go through in order to keep the human population from dying out, yet we are still hated on by misogynists despite the fact that they came out of a vagina. Ah, patriarchy.
Sorry for the sarcastic little rant. Try some of these overtime and see how they help you;
-A salt-heavy diet can cause bloating, caffeine can aggravate irritability or anxiety, alcohol may worsen depression, and too much sugar can destabilize your blood sugar and mood. Try eating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains during your period week. Also try to remind yourself to eqt at regular intervals to avoid dips and spikes in your blood sugar.
-Do some excercises that will get your heart rate up. Yes, this isn't a time a lot of us would enjoy moving around, but it's actually a very good time to move around and it can help reduce cramps.
-If pain killers such as Ibuprofen help you out, take those (just be careful not to overdose!) For some, birth control pills help out, and for others, vitamins. Try consulting your doctor for this one so you know what to take.
-Focus on your stress, and this is different for everybody. Some enjoy meditating, or yoga, or simply a girls night out. Reducing your stress level during this week is key. Also don't forget to get adequate sleep and rest.
I hope some of these work out for you dear :)

Yeah cramps suck. I find exercise really helps, in fact thats one of the reasons I took up running and track & field in the first place! It can be hard getting started, especially when youre hurting, but trust me when I say it works. You just have to get through the first pain barrier.

Mine usually happens before the blood comes out.

crystal said it best and I was extremely useful information. I use motrin r I b profen when I get my periods.. I have also heard birth control does help but there's one thing that I've tried and a few other girls have tried that I know personally and it may sound messy and may sound gross but sometimes trying to masturbate and have an orgasm helps relax the cramps and take your mind off of it but that's all up to the individual and how bad and how serious the cramps are especially right before and during your period.. follow the advice that's been given to you and if your still not sure or the pain and the discomfort is too much then talk to your mom or sister or a good female friend or adult and maybe see your primary care doctor

I'm on bc, more to control my mood swings and calm me down. It helps with cramps as well, but it's not the complete answer.

I agree Periods suck, but mine actually got a lot better since my Mom took me to get on the pill. Much lighter flow and less cramping now.

I have been getting my period for about a year now and mine really isn't that bad. I don't have terrible cramps or tummy pain and I don't gush a lot of blood. I have heard many horror stories some even from my own Mom who does have a terrible huge flow from what she tells me. She uses a Diva Cup and wants me to consider one in the near future. I am scared to death of the thing.

Sympathize with the OP and others that have so much pain with cramping. I have a family history of endometriosis, adenomyosis, and adhesions so I know. I soooo know. -hugs-

Plain and simple periods suck and fucking hurt a lot most of the time. I am on the pill and also I take Midol during my period and I only get minimal relief. The only thing that seems to help me out the most is curling up in the fetal position in bed with a heating pad.

I never got a cramp as bad as the ones everyone describes. I heard somewhere that it means you're malnourished if you get them.
