Perineum sensitivity

Not sure if its just me, but have found that my perineum is highly sensitive, and I can orgasm (without any penetration) from its stimulation alone. However, if coupled with other types of stimulation my orgasm become really intense. Asked two girlfriends, but they didn't seem to get much from it...We didn't do a show and tell lol, but it left me wondering if I'm just really sensitive in that area? Do any of you get a similar sensation when you stimulate there?

Perineum: The area between the anus and the scrotum in the male and between the anus and the vulva (the labial opening to the vagina) in the female. An episiotomy is a surgical procedure to widen the outlet of the birth canal to facilitate delivery of the baby and avoid a jagged rip of the perineum.

It doesn't do much for me but everyone's body is different....... in many ways too not just sexually.
