Hi I was wondering why so many people are being banned ? It's like everyday I come on and someone I saw yesterday is now banned. Is it because they are breaking the rules or what ?

The staff doesn't usually reveal why member A or B was banned, I can only assure you that there's a strong reason (unless they requested to be banned, it has happened sometimes).

To add on: Usually if you see members who join really recently and are banned within say, a day or two of registering it's because they're overage.

Or, of course, a new user could also be banned if they are a spambot - i.e. only posting advertising.

In addition to Stevens post, if they are banned within 1-2 days, it can also be because they are being very sexually explicit in threads.

Awhile back, for example, a new member posted a sexually explicit picture in the photography forum here, needless to say she was banned.
