Bullshit he was following his brother. I really hate the death penalty because I think they should rot in jail for the rest of their lives. Death is the easy way out

some people in jail/prison live better than those who are not in there. death is an appropriate punishment in this situation

Well, I would hope that in a maximum security jail, (which is where he should be if not on death row) there wouldn't be as nice of treatment

So just because his brother came up with the idea he's not guilty
And personally I'd take satisfaction in shooting the fucker

He should be deported to a wild island with vicious ass animals and see if he can blow up the animals.

No I mean the defense that he was only following his brother is bullshit. Sorry my grammar is great XD

The defence aren't arguing because he followed his brother he's not guilty, the defence opened with the claim he was guilty. Rather, the defence is arguing that since he followed his brother's lead, he shouldn't receive the full weight of the law (i.e., he should get life without parole instead of death).
I don't accept the defences argument, but I don't think he should get death on principal.
