Opinion on calluses

Okay so I'm really into bodybuilding and I hate wearing gloves so I get calluses on my hands, nothing huge but they are still there. Could some girls give their opinion on this? Do you mind and what do you think when you see a guy with calluses on his hands?

Not a girl but calluses are a natural product of working out without gloves are doing anything physical without gloves.
I can say this I have my doubts as to guys who workout on weights and have all that muscle and strength but have soft hands.By doubts I think they are not so tough if they are scared of devloping calluses
