For the record I have been stressed as all hell lately and when I get stressed I don't want to eat. I mean I do, but basically when absolutely necessary. Anywhooooo I've been drinking a lot of water because I've been out like all day (venti coffee and 4 or 5 bottles of water) but this moaning I woke up not being able to bend my fingers without extreme pain for at least an hour and it doesn't feel particularly right at the moment, I can feel them tightening up. Has anyone experienced this or something similar? My best guess was that it's dehydration but considering everything I drank today it seems less likely

Maybe not a dehydration. But you should check that up though

I would say it sound's a little similar to cramp, but I've never had that in my fingers before and it doesn't usually last very long. I can't imagine it being due to dehydration, then again I'm no doctor. I'd go see a doctor and get it checked out if it continues to hurt.

I have that sometimes but it's mainly because I overuse my double-jointed movements and it hurts xD

Sounds a little like arthritis. Most likely not due to dehydration.

Honestly this seems most likely. I barely ate and had everyone yelling at me over it.

Actually, one method of knowing whether or not you are dehydrated, is by squeezing the skin just before your fingers on the top of your hand and pull up as much as you can without hurting yourself and letting go. If the skin goes back into place instantly or almost instantly, you're fine. If the skin takes awhile to go back (Around 5-10 seconds, you're dehydrated.

I understand that it's the stress that's diminishing your appetite but try to force yourself to eat, even if it's just a little. You don't want this to lead to a bigger problem.
