^^I completely agree with Seth and others. There's no use loving a guy who's into it for just sex. He's just trying to take advantage of your love. If you're not ready, he needs to respect it.

Well that depends on the Age Of (Sexual)Consent law there. In most of the U.S. the Age Of Consent is 16(On Average). However from my research, she's from India. And due to political reasons its been raised to 18. So yes, it is considered statutory rape.
