I recently came to the realization that I am bisexual. Since (and before) then, I have had a growing want to try something with someone of the same sex. The issue is I'm not out about it and I don't (to the best of my knowledge) know anyone who is gay or bi. I am also relatively shy (I just don't particularly care to share much, if any, of my personal life with most people.). I don't know what to do, but stress and want are building up and I'm freaking out.

You don't necessarily have to try anything right away, it more comes to you - if you seek it, it could be dangerous and destructive.

Well, other than outing yourself or trying to find others who are gay, there isn't much you can do. You can always explore your sexuality with your friends, if they are comfortable with it. If not, really the only thing that you can do about it is control your urges.

this is pretty much it. if you never ask anyone/no one tells you so, you will never know if someone is interested in the same sex. obviously coming out may create some stress for you but it could help someone who is also bi/gay approach you

We don't allow asking how to do something sexual with someone. :locked:
