Technically, no. The term "ejaculation" refers directly to the ejecting of sperm from the penis. However, you may have an ejaculation with no sperm rarely, because when you start puberty you'll start producing the clear stuff before the sperm. So if you happen to orgasm in that time frame, you may cum clear semen, rather than white stuff. It's kind of a yes and no circumstance :P
