If you're only fourteen you should have started puberty like a year ago and I have a very hard time believing that much growth occurred in that time frame. And, no, Jonah didn't come out and say he was that big they legit thought he had a bomb in his pants and that's how he was discovered. It's not impossible but I suspect you my be adding a few inches, or just straight up trolling.

I think I started puberty when I was ten, I even had hair in my armpits when I was 11.
