I don't know physicals seem to be an American thing. Here in the uk you aren't supposed to go see a doctor unless your are ill or injured if you come in asking for a check up they won't always see you, it is only really with private healthcare (non NHS that you ever have physicals)

We don't got annual physicals. It's optional here, some health insurances pay for it, some don't.
In some federal states, there are school physicals, but not here in Bavaria

Yea, my doctor does the exact same thing and he talks to me about the exact same stuff when i do all of my physicals. Haha.
