Yeah you can feel them, The feeling of intense pleasure and ejaculation wakes you up. Can be annoying at times as you cant prepare yourself and can cause a bit of a shock.

No, you can feel the orgasms during a wet dream. The intensity of the feeling might depend on what exactly is going on in the dream, but you'll feel it regardless.

On a personal note, I've had enough of them to know when they are going to happen while I'm dreaming (I'm more of a conscious dreamer and remember most of what's going on). As such, I'm sometimes able to stop the orgasm before it happens. Just a little personal blurb I wanted to share, but it is possible to some degree to stop the wet dream orgasm if you are a conscious dreamer and are aware of your dream-surroundings and happenings.
