Yea as long as you can get it done fairly quickly, or just maybe wait till late at night if you are really feeling the urge. Doing it under the covers of your bed helps conceal noise and if someone comes in you can also pretend you're asleep or just laying in bed as well.

Yeah, I'm worried about doing it at night though because my brother stays up way later than me, but I can try concealing the noise with covers, the only problem then is clean up, because generally getting tissues or toilet paper makes a lot of noise.

Just go into the bathroom like you have to take a shit and rub one out into the sink or something, there toilet paper in there to clean up with and just flush the toilet before you leave out to make it seem like you used the bathroom. I do this when I stay with my family in a hotel or something
