Is it normal to want to ask friends to compare penis sizes to see if your "small"

It's totally normal to be a bit curious. Many teenagers feel as though they are small compared to their friends, classmates etc., when usually the opposite is true. Depending on your age, you may have a "small" penis, but you'll grow with time.

Regardless of you and your friend being totally straight or someone between both of you is gay or bi, comparing and asking your friend(s) about penis size is totally normal and there is nothing wrong about it. Every now and then, a guy could to be curious about how his fellow buddy developed so he can compare it to his own, and decide if he wants to change something with his own progress.

As to knowing penis size, I believe that knowledge of your other peers' sizes is a good thing to start with in developing your bond and trust with each other as friends, and it could also serve as a starting point wherein both of you could give advises to each other. I myself had shared my size to my friend and he has shared his with me which is nothing bad, we just both wanted to know it. Since we already knew about our sizes, we didn't ridicule each other but rather talk about the progress we had from the younger ages that lead up now. Exchange of advice and recommendations obviously happened, and now our relationship as friends is growing steady.

It's totally normal. All my friends know how big my penis is and I know how big they are. It helps that we see each other often in the showers at school and football practice so it's not so awkward when you raise the subject in conversation.
