My depression is bad right now.

I've been depressed for a long time, sometimes it's been manageable other times its been worse, right now it's definitely worse. No traumatic event has happened, I just want to die. I hate my life, I hate the world basically. I don't know why, all my feelings are so negative. In general I'm just sad. When I'm at school I feel like I'll start crying or something. I don't know what I want to get by posting this, because i can't seem to change the way I think or approach things. I don't think I'll kill myself, I want to do bad, but I don't think I'll go through with it.

I totally understand how you feel...I felt the same some time ago. My depression was really really bad. I felt like crying all the time and just hated everything. Unfortunately I can't give you any advice as I haven't figured out what to do in such a time for myself. For me it's more or less just wait cuz usually I get better again after some time. I'm feeling a bit better for a couple of days now without doing anything so for me it's just ups and downs.
Just hang in there you are not alone.
